How to create rewards programs that work
Article Abstract:
Incentive and rewards programs help motivate employees by recognizing their valuable contributions to the company. The first step in planning effective reward programs is theme design. The theme of the program should be linked with corporate objectives. After developing a theme, a selection criteria should be drawn up and the different awards to be given should be made clear to all employees. Site selection and program promotion should follow. The final step is results validation through the use of tracking mechanisms, employee surveys and program evaluations.
