Internal monitoring mechanisms and CEO turnover: a long-term perspective
Article Abstract:
A paper on CEO turnover reveals that ijn the period 1971 to 1994, outside successions and forced CEO turnovers became more common. In the period, there was little change in the link between stock performance and forced CEO turnovers.

Dividend changes and future profitability

A paper into the linkage between dividends and profitability forecasts is presented. Research results reveal that dividends do provide information about future profitability.
