The emphasis on work/life balance is increasing, prompting the mid-career finance professionals to choose the interim route as a way for both taking control of their working life and at the same time, achieving a more flexible lifestyle. Interim employment are not merely stop-gap contingency assignments - those types of roles tend to be filled by the temporary/contractor market - but on the other hand, tends to be much more about specific projects.
