Interpublic Group of Cos
Article Abstract:
The level of insider selling at the Interpublic Group of Companies Inc (IPG) is a matter of concern for investors. After reaching a peak of $34 in Feb 1993, the stock price is now down to only $25. Three inside traders recently disposed of 43,000 shares at prices ranging from $28 to $30. It is surprising why only one of these three insiders got out of stock at year end when prices were higher and why he is still seling at such low prices.
