Owen Cote, associate director of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Security Studies Program, addresses the issue of Iran's interest to keep the world in suspense regarding the exact capabilities of its nuclear weapons. He is of the view that if Iran tries to build nuclear weapons facility, it would force the Russians and Europeans to embrace a severe sanctions resolution against them.
