Ogilvy PR Worldwide has reconfigured its website into a means of attracting executive talent. The company offers two viewing versions to its site, a static version and an active version that offers sounds and graphics using Macromedia Flash technology. Ogilvy's website features a job search database that is linked to the company's 46 offices located in Asia, Europe and the US. The database is also connected to the company's Intranet called O-village.
