Land a profitable trip to the countryside
Article Abstract:
Countryside Properties is undergoing a recovery after having been affected by a downturn in the real estate market in the early 1990s. The company has 4,800 plots with permission to build homes, and this makes Countryside Properties especially attractive. Margins increased in 1997 and should continue to rise in 1998. There have been slower price rises in the residential real estate market in south east England, but Countryside Proprties has the strength to withstand temporary weaknesses in regions.
