London Scottish Bank: still going strong
Article Abstract:
London Scottish Bank (LSB) is showing continued profits growth despite competition. LSB provides loans of some 500 pounds sterling over a period of 12 months to three years. The number of employees in sales constrains growth, but demand is strong since the major banks are less enthusiastic about lending to those on lower incomes. The company's chief executive, Roy Reece, was appointed at the start of 1995, and should help the bank's growth through his marketing skills.
