Southampton Leisure is a UK soccer club operator which plans a new stadium that could boost sales from 10 million pounds sterling by 5.3 million pounds. Sponsorship, corporate hospitality and merchandising could be more fully developed, and the company's real estate assets have a book value of 3.9 million pounds sterling but an independent estimate values them at 10 million pounds.
