Marine Corps Commandant General Michael Hagee says the V-22 Osprey tilt-rotor aircraft is safe and performing well in ongoing fight tests. Industry analysts say the aircraft was grounded following a fatal crash then grounded again when hydraulic lines had to be reengineered and has just recently resumed test flights.
