Me and my shadow
Article Abstract:
Touche-Ross and the Cambridge University Industrial Society have developed a workshadow program. The program gives students a chance to follow senior executives through a typical work week so that students can see what life in the professional accounting world is really like. The program requires careful planning, but gives Touche Ross many recruitment prospects. Eighty-eight percent of the students who replied to a survey, and who 'shadowed' at Touche Ross, said they would apply to Touche Ross if they decided to pursue accounting.
