Article Abstract:
Gene therapy is overloaded by everyday hurdles and to overcome these problems the evolution of novel approaches and techniques is needed. A form of gene therapy, messenger RNA (mRNA) reprogramming achieved primarily by recombining mRNA molecules using introduced group I ribozymes or endogenous spliceosomes, modifies transcripts directly.
