Sephora employs kiosks to interact with customers

Sephora has installed 100 consumer-activated kiosks made by Radiant Systems Inc in several stores. The kiosks help customers easily view the company's over 1,600 items beleonging to its collection of high-end cosmetic products. They also provide information about skin treatments and the latest product news. Sephora plans to install more Radiant Systems kiosks in more than 100 stores in the US and Japan.
