Myriad options for meatless meals: smart menuing

Offering a selection of meatless options makes a good business. A study made by Vegetarian Times magazine found that 5% of the total American population turned themselves into vegetarians for health reasons. Operators have been attracted with the idea and are making ways to create meals to attract not only vegetarians but nonvegetarians as well. Options for meatless meals includes meat substitutes and vegetable based entrees.

Cooper Group capabilities brochure

The capabilities brochure designed by Thirst of Chicago, IL, for The Cooper Group Inc of Boston, MA, won a gold award in the graphics category of the 1992 I.D. Annual Design Review. The limited edition brochure earned praises for its typography, which struck a balance between current and traditional letterpress styles. The brochure was successful in forcefully conveying quality through its design and production.
