Quebec wholesale lab finds nourishing growth through the food channel
Article Abstract:
Option Photo C.R. Inc. of Laval Quest, Quebec, has managed to grow by 40% annually since 1997 by focusing its photofinishing business on grocery stores. The company, founded by Claude Brunet and Roger Guindon in 1981, currently has outlets in 1,100 grocery stores. Option Photo, which has managed to corner 5% of Quebec's market, was able to attain the growth despite the existing management structure of Quebec's stores where each one is separately owned and operated.
