Article Abstract:
Lockheed Martin Corp., Tactical Defense Systems, St. Paul, Minn., is being awarded a $20,000,000 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-98-D-5202 to provide for the production of AN/UYQ-70(V) advanced display system equipment to support AEGIS, advanced combat direction, and other associated support services for the PMS400 program office. The associated support services include, but are not limited to, technical studies, field engineering services to support installation, and integrated logistics. Work will be performed in Eagan, Minn. (50%), and Johnstown, Pa. (50%), and is expected to be completed in August 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems, Inc., Bethesda, Md., is being awarded a $31,726,201 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the procurement of engineering services which include the design, development, manufacture and delivery of upgrades or replacements to existing Navy towed systems (omnibus towed systems). Work will be performed in Syracuse, N.Y. (95%), and Norfolk, Va. (5%), and is expected to be completed by December 2000. Contract funds in the amount of $317,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the internet with two offers received. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00024-99-C-6212).
