Article Abstract:
Northrop Grumman Corp., Bethpage, N.Y., is being awarded a $42,200,000 ceiling-priced modification to previously awarded contract N00019-97-C-0147 for supplies and services for the manufacture and delivery of 13 ship sets of E-2C/C-2A outer wing panels for the U.S. Navy and two ship sets for the government of France under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program. Work will be performed in St. Augustine, Fla. (40%), Dallas, Texas (40%), and Bethpage, N.Y. (20%), and is expected to be completed by June 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, Patuxent River, Md., is being awarded a $17,445,000 ceiling-priced order for low rate initial production lot #3 spares for V-22 Osprey tilt rotor aircraft. The approximately 1,200 spares being procured include gear box assemblies, hub assemblies, and fairing assemblies. Work will be performed in Philadelphia, Pa. (60%), and Dallas, Texas (40%), and is expected to be completed in November 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Inventory Control Point, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (N00383-97-G-002N).
