Lockheed Martin Tactical Defense Systems, Inc., St. Paul, Minn., is being awarded a $7,411,917 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-94-C-0156 for the production and installation of 25 advanced imaging multi-spectral sensor systems, turret assemblies, A-kits, and the production and installation of 7 advanced imaging multi-spectral sensor subsystems into the P-3C aircraft. Work will be performed in Greenville, S.C. (65%), and Eagan, Minn. (35%), and is expected to be completed in December 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Xontech Inc., Los Angeles, Calif., is being awarded a $5,354,653 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for delivery of two commercial off the shelf components radar systems (C-Band and X-Band) with modifications, in support of the TRIDENT flight test program. Work will be performed in Los Angeles, Calif., and is expected to be completed by May 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Navy's Strategic Systems Programs, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00030-98-C-0039).
