Southwest Marine, Inc., San Diego, Calif., is being awarded an $11,515,265 firm-fixed-price contract for USS PRINCETON (CG 59) regular overhaul. The overhaul includes planning and execution of depot-level maintenance, alterations, and modifications which update and improve the ship's military and technical capabilities. Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif., and is expected to be completed by March 2000. Contract funds in the amount of $8,699,297 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with six proposals solicited and two offers received. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00024-92-H-8030).

EISENHOWER (CVN 69) and its reactor plants. Work will be performed in Newport News, Va., and is expected to be completed by November 1999.
