The change in character of the equity markets in the weeks since the Madrid bombings on march 11 has had significant fallout for IPO candidates. The outlook for IPOs is dependent on the secondary market and it is suggested that a steady trickle of mid-size will prove whether the IPO recovery is here to stay.
