On the iTRAQ of kinase inhibitors
Article Abstract:
A new proteomics method based on kinobeads for quantitatively analyzing the on- and off-target effects of kinase inhibitors is discussed. The iTRAQ reagent is found to highly affect the binding affinities of these kinase inhibitors.
