Mediation is the message
Article Abstract:
Chartered accountants (CAs) are basically suited to act as mediators in financial disputes due to their technical expertise and objectivity. As mediators, CAs reduces emphasis on emotion and peripheral issues by focusing on basic issues and works minimizing differences. Successful efforts produce enough common ground to create an agreement. Due to the nature of the mediation process, CAs are more suited for the job than lawyers. However, the extent of their involvement in the process relies entirely on their choice.
