The volume of these sales exceeded that of the entire 1992. It should be noted that the sales did not occur in Dec 1992, a time when most insider sales were seen. Shares in flexible polyurethane foam manufacturer Foamex International declined further after insider traders bought 110,000 shares at $10, following the downfall from the initial $20 price in Oct. 1994. Three officials bought 124,500 shares with a price range from $7.50 to $8.88. Chmn. Marshall Cogan was active in trading as he accounted for 100,000 shares, indicating positive stock market activity for the firm.
