POPCO, Inc
Article Abstract:
Popco Inc has developed an inexpensive fastener for mounting signs and graphics called Mobile Turtle. The Mobile Turtle functions as a central mounting point through which wire arms pass and are held in place. It has four-way twist-off end clips that function as protective endcaps and as quick attachment points for individual mobile panels. Wire arms with a maximum span of 48" are used on the central fasteners. The arms slide easily through the center fastener for quick balancing.
