PS Group Inc
Article Abstract:
Holding firm PS Group Inc is involved in aircraft leasing, fuel sales, travel management and waste recycling. Three insiders disposed of 54,401 shares since Oct 29, 1992 at the $8 to $10.75 range. It should be noted, however, that the sales were made after the price declined in Nov 1992. Insider selling at low prices calls for reconsideration. Dir Paul C. Barkley also cleared out his total holdings of 26,501 while Pres George M. Shortley sold 36% of his stake. Caution is recommended.

FPL Group Inc
Article Abstract:
Four insiders from FPL Group Inc acquired 3,100 shares at an average of $38.17 between Jan 4 and Mar 8, 1993. This insider activity is noteworthy because insiders from the electric utility sector seldom buy many shares. The purchase also occurred after the company released positive earnings projections. The electric utility sector is also one of the highly regarded sectors in the early part of 1993.
