Putting a stop to scams

The UK government has published its Fraud Review in July 2006, which is a thorough analysis of the way in which the fraud is investigated, prosecuted and tried in the UK. The attorney general has disclosed a package of measures aimed at encouraging the reporting of fraud, speeding up the judicial process in fraud trials and deterring fraudsters through stiff jail terms.
