Royalty-free images spur stock photography sales
Article Abstract:
Affordability and digital technology have led to the rise in popularity of royalty-free stock photography. Buyers merely have to pay a one-time fee for a picture and can use it as many times as they want. The one-time fees are determined through the digital resolution demanded by clients. For instance, a single high-resolution 42Mb, CMYK image, can cost anywhere between $140 to $160. On the other hand, a medium-resolution, 42Mb, RGB image costs from $50 to $80.
