The wireless telecommunications industry needs the help of public relations firms in light of growing opposition from the public over the prospect of building tall antenna towers in residential areas, according to David Schulz of Cleveland, OH-based McKinney Advertising & PR. Schulz said the wireless must be sensitive to the issues linked with PCS tower siting if they want to ensure their survival as a corporate entity in a competitive environment.
