Article Abstract:
Marketing programmes are often ineffective because they are not well planned or focused. A number of elements of the marketing process are identified as often being inadequate, including the structure and functions of participating activities such as analysis and design. A successful marketing programme can only be ensured if team members are highly committed, focused and motivated. The article includes a method of implementing a standard management method for successful marketing.
