The most popular organizations are accepting people with transferable skills rather than sector-specific experience and considers those whose academic credentials and professional exam pass rates are poorer provided they make up that shortfall with good commercial awareness, strong personalities and compatible business values. However many such characteristics sought by employers cannot be measured easily, but they rely on instinct, intuition to select such people.
