Quick profits from shell takeovers
Article Abstract:
Investing in United Kingdom shell companies can be profitable and can attract both passive investors who identify good shells, and entrepreneurs who use them as vehicles for expansion. Good shell companies should be small with limited liabilities, and be quoted on the main stock market, or the Alternative Investment Market. Shell companies should not have major debts, and their assets should be easily saleable if they are not needed for new activities. Real estate may not be as easy to sell as machinery, though it may be more valuable.
