Raytheon builds smaller CEC system for Navy

The US Navy would shortly test a new smaller version of the Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC), 'mini-terminal' system built by Raytheon Co. The tests would begin with land-based evaluations and would eventually move over to sea- and air-based tests.
