Problem solving for tumor immunotherapy
Article Abstract:
Research on tumor cell immunotherapy reveal that the tumor-destroying (CD8+) cytotoxic T lymphocytes are able to recognize the antigens expressed by tumor cells. Immunotherapy must be able to induce better responses in cancer patients who are have a low T-cell response rate.

Re-engineering adenovirus regulatory pathways to enhance oncolytic specificity and efficacy
Article Abstract:
The authors report that they have constructed an adenovirus containing a novel regulatory circuit. Replicating adenoviruses may prove to be effective ainticanccer agents if they can be engineered to selectively destroy tumor cells.
