While the Rendon group (TRG) Washington runs war time PR operations of the US government, its offshoot in Boston focuses on exactly the opposite objective of peace initiatives, through it's Empower program. TRG hopes to build a worldwide network of students and teachers to support and spread the peace initiative through Empower program.
