More hype than hits: in the land of Windows software, the offerings this year promise a lot and deliver a little
Article Abstract:
Many software companies have marketed their accounting software products for 1995 as being compatible with the Windows operating system. Unfortunately, many of these have not lived up the hype. Some have not been rewritten to make them truly in synchronicity with Windows while others are still in the development stage when released to the market. This observation should compel users of accounting programs to carefully evaluate vendors and their products before buying a new one.
