Schering-Plough rebuts 'astroturf' PR charge

Schering-Plough (S-C) Director of External Communications Bon Consalvo rebuts the 'astroturf' charge featured by periodical, 'Washington Post, in its front page, accusing the company of running an 'astroturf' campaign to educate poeple about the danger of hepatitis C. Consalvo denies that the company has control of hepatitis groups in 11 states and is demanding from them to make S-C's Rebetron as the preferred treatment for hepatitis C.
