Someone wants you to ignore these insider sales...
Article Abstract:
The disposal of 1.5 million shares of Michael's Stores Inc.'s shares of stock is apparently traceable to two executives of the company, Chairman Sam Wyly and Co-Chairman Charles Wyly, Jr. While the sale of over 300,000 shares can be easily traced to the Wylys, the rest of the transactions are shrouded in mystery. Locke Ltd. and Quayle Ltd., two Isle of Man companies, bought 900,000 and 300,000 shares, respectively. Prior to this, both Sam Wyly and Charles Wyly, Jr. transferred 900,000 and 300,000 shares, respectively to Isle of Man trusts on the same day.
