This technology offers certain advantages over traditional telephone services. For example, companies are able to use Internet telephony to send online voice and data at an affordable cost. The quality of calls via Internet telephony is also comparable to that of conventional telephone systems. In addition, marketers can use Internet telephony to conduct training workshops and conventions.
