Team selects mobile for JCA site
Article Abstract:
An industry team bidding for the Joint Cargo Aircraft (JCA) program, led by Raytheon Co., with EADS CASA North America selected the Mobile Regional Airport (MRA) as the final assembly and delivery site for its proposed CN-235/C-295 solution for the Army and Air Force JCA program. It is expected that if the Team JCA aircraft were selected for the Army and Air Force JCA program then the new co-located facility would create more than 150 jobs at a full-production rate.
