The Biggest and Most Repetitive Mistakes Telemarketers Make
Article Abstract:
Common and repetitive mistakes hurt telemarketing companies. Many companies do not even consider telemarketing, or if they do, they are only partly commited to the idea. Companies need expertise from the outside when developing systems. Poor facilities, lack of call guides and proper personnel planning hurt plans for direct marketing. Lack of controls, improper facilities and failure to record raw data, including managing the data base, can hurt performance as well. The most serious mistake made is not understanding the relationship between telemarketing and other forms of marketing.
