Marketing on the Internet is a relatively new service considering that it has only been five years since the advent of this marketing tool. Yet electronic commerce has made tremendous strides. The Web sites of electronic marketers may look simple enough but the support base of these sites is tremendous and they are backed by a marketing plan. Among the advantages marketers gain with the use of the Internet as a marketing tool are cost savings and a faster marketing pace.
