Several trends have been observed that affect the telecommunication and telemarketing industries. While the industry is new and vigorous, there is an increasing tendency to gain more professionalism. On the other hand, the management and technical skills within the industry are far behind, on the average, of industry leader as. Many managers have depended on the telephone companies to handle their technical problems for them. With the breakup of AT&T, there is no one there to help. Costs for telemarketing can be reduced with some effective management.
