The big picture book
Article Abstract:
The photography book "Bhutan" by Hawley and "Antartica" by Keough, were giant in size and no publisher was willing to market the photo books, as they were binded in the traditional method using wooden and metal widgets. Hawley donated the proceeds from the books to schools in countries that needed education whereas Keough donated the proceeds to "Save the Albatross" campaign that used a combination of traditional split board binding with the European classic style of binding.
