Article Abstract:

Appetizer and finger foods have been a best seller among restaurant operators. The National Restaurant Association in Washington D.C showed that there is a 5% increase in appetizer orders in 1994 which were also proven by other manufacturers and suppliers. This in turn enabled the operators to increase their sales and profit, stimulate bar business, satisfy customers' desires for fun food, encouraged customer to try other options and minimize the risk for customers to try something new.
