Torex: Recovering from setback
Article Abstract:
Torex, a computer software and systems integration group, sold its tool-hire division in 1997, leaving it to operate in the medical, retail and hardware maintenance IT sectors. It has been able to integrate recent acquisitions successfully and recently doubled the size of its medical division with the purchase of Hollowbrook, a computer systems developer. It expects to make further acquisitions, and its shares a trading 60% off the 1998 peak.
