Strategic financial control can provide light and guidance
Article Abstract:
The concept of Strategic Financial Control (SFC) refers to having the appropriate resource, be it human, material or financial, at the right place as needed by an organization. In this context, the accountant is not simply a number counter, but rather a guide who helps the company identify problems and opportunities, evaluate possible courses of action, and implement plans. Examples of the uses and techniques of SFC in actual business settings are given.
