Since Feb 1992, it had a per store revenue performance of $75,000-$80,000, way below its projected target of $150,000. Stock prices have also fluctuated dramatically, from a high 17 in August to a low 5 3/4 in Nov 1991, currently settling in at 9 1/2. Eighty-seven stores feature the Videocart display screens, half the number projected last year. Videocart Chmn John Malec bought 50,000 shares at 9 3/4 on Apr 9th and his total holdings amount to around 14%. No dividends are paid on the 11 million shares.

Ketema Inc posted one of its largest transactions when it brought back at par $595,000 of its 8% convertible subordinated debentures due 2003. Dir Elizabeth Varet purchased 99,804 shares at 10 1/2 on Mar 4th, raising her holdings to 195,632. Ketema has been suffering from operating losses for the past three years. It lost $3 million last year and sales dropped to $168 million in 1992, resulting in an $18 million loss. The company is engaged in manufacturing industrial and aerospace products.
