Article Abstract:
A study on the impact of the rapidly changing environment on universities and their research communities to identify managing strategies for researchers is discussed.The study showed that the impact on researcher's work on current institutional, economic and political forces surrounding universities highlights the consequent corporatisation and commercialisation of universities.
