Whining in the case of taxes may be justified

The Secretary of Treasury Henry M. Paul reported that in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the U.S. corporate tax rate of 39% is higher compared to other nations. The secretary is planning on lowering the corporate tax, but companies in the research and development field would rather have the R&D tax credit eliminated.
