Who took part?
Article Abstract:
Investors Chronicle has organized a survey for voters to voice opinions on stockbrokers for the periodical's Stockbroker Awards. Over 2,600 responses were returned relating to over 80 stockbrokers. Most of those responding were male and middle aged. Younger people responding were more likely to use brokers offering execution-only services. Clients aged over 55-years-old were more likely to use advisory and discretionary services. Few of those responding had high incomes, with over 70% on incomes of under 50,000 pounds sterling annually, and 1% enjoying over 200,000 pounds.
